Paula, here you are! I can't wait for a better, clearer audio of it...I think something in the lyrics will change...but that's the best I can do so far! Touch me Who knows when it will be That a heart will tell If... in a minute Since you have looked in me I always find you Disappearing in a greeting Wings … … You'll be with me like a storm Touch me Come on, burn my skin Touch me Again Touch me Heal me in a way That only I can understand Who knows where it comes from The sensation that … I knew you But didn't know if It would ever put us together This destiny that Dances in front of us The last step of a love story Touch me Don't leave the bread (?) in the wind Take me The love Touch me … Defy it, avoid it If you can.

Mmm I've tried to write down the lyrics of "Toccami" but due to the low quality a couple of verses are missing and I'm not that sure of the others Anyway, I'll post it here and wait for another recording to be more precise! (if you want me to translate it even if it's not perfect, I'll do it) Toccami Chissà quando sarà Con un cuore a dirlo se Se … un minuto Da quando guardi in me Ti trovo sempre che Scompari in un saluto Ali … …

Lou is so cute And Lara is sweeeet while filming and talking in front of the camera, they wanted to make her sing "Amore della mamma" which is "Love of (your) mum"...it doesn't sound great in english, but we use it also to call babies and attract their attention, especially in southern Italy. I'm so curious, I want to know how the movie will turn out to be. I didn't know that Charlie will be filmed in Rome! Damn, wish it was closer to me...I should plan a sort of holiday

Thank you David! Oh gosh I can't wait to have that album. I mean, she will extend her vocal range! It must be amazing, because I can't even guess how she will sound like, she's already reached some of the highest notes existing...wow. And I'm looking forward to know which places she will sing in at the beginning of next year. Maybe I'll finally have the chance to see her. In my opinion she will promote "Le Secret", because as you said, it would be meaningless to sing songs belonging to an album that in France won't be available. We'll see!

Thank you Paula and Christina for your kind words, yes it's getting better now. As regards Lara, awesome...for me it's amazing to hear her speaking italian! If you want me to translate something she said or anything else, just ask, as usual.

Gosh, fans, it's been a while...I've been in some family troubles that kept me away from you and from Lara, as I didn't see her live last December in Nice even though I had my tickets ready and she was 1hr away from my hometown. It's hard to tell you what happened here, but there's a reason if you hadn't had my review... Tonight she was in Italy, as you well know, but definitely far from here. She was just amazing with that kid, she had already sent him a letter and a present some weeks ago. She was so sweet, she told the host that a friend of her first told her about Cristian (she was speaking with her typical southern accent), so on youtube she discovered that child who sings with a great voice, sure, but above all with a huge "heart and soul". She also sang "Perdere l'amore", here is a video of the performance: www.youtube.com/watch?v=EBMLoBNYSywI will have the chance to look into her eyes one day, I know it! But the fate doesn't help...

Hahah it's weird to see, but she looks great anyway! She couldn't have been blonde, it's not so typical here in Italy... I'm so curious about the locations, it would be amazing to see the shooting... I'll see if the cities he chose are not too far away from me! Thank you David and Christina! And sorry if I haven't been online in ages, I'm so busy with university...

I think it's different, but it just talks about a meeting! The contests ends today, and on Tuesday they'll communicate who the winners are. However, I quickly looked at the songlist (I admit)...in my opinion this won't be the true one. As Paula said, there's just one english cover and she sings every single song from TLFM...isn't it weird? Moreover...is Nuit Magique the best choice for the beginning? Mmm...I suppose time will tell us...but I'm not sure I want to know. The pictures thing sounds great anyway! Thank you David!

Lara in a movie?! Lara in Italy for a movie?! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah I'm so so soooo excited and happy to hear!!! Northern Italy, where I live...I wonder where exactly she's going to be filming...gosh I'm so glad for her!!!
Je T'Aime (or what it was haha) was amazing! It gave me chills as every other performances of this song...and made me laugh too, she was enjoying that moment!
I really don't believe in her rivalry with Maurane. They seem so friendly and happy with each other...
Thanks David for the update!

Yeees it's true, we never know if what's being said will take place or not, or where, or when... I just can't understand why. If the staff isn't sure about something it'd be better not to say it aloud and then deny it all. (i.e. the italian album)
Hope EWIM will be released, or at least sold at the concerts' venues...

Awww Paula she was amazing! She's so energetic, and sweet and down to earth... I've met her outside her hotel, she had to go to the sound check but stopped to sign every single autograph and take every single picture together! So we have one cheek to cheek The first concert, in Verona, was weird: she had to sing for 45 minutes, before Elton John's show...they made her begin at 8.00 (instead of 8.30), so the Arena wasn't full and the Sun was still shining, and people kept on arriving and searching their seats while she sang! :/ But she was great anyway, she performed songs like One Day In Your Life, Paid My Dues, Same Song, I Belong To You (together with her italian background singer, who's Sicilian and has an accent even stronger than Lara's! lol)... The second one, in Lucca (Tuscany), was unbelievable. After meeting her we got to the little square (there were something like 5000 people) and I gave a sheet to everyone with the phrase "You're our dream". (I'm one of the admins of the italian fans' website) So, when she sang Pieces Of A Dream everybody put that sheet in the air...... www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ni5SHE8-260It was fantastic. Another funny moment was when she made a man of the audience come on stage, and started to dance with him! (and his wife that on front row kept on saying "Oh gooosh, he never asked me to dance in a lifetime and now look how he's shaking the a*s!" hahah) Or when she climbed the scaffolding while singing Beautiful Messed Up World....crazy! If you want me to show some pictures I've made just ask, I'm so glad you love Stacey too!!! Oh and my exams went well, thank you! I'm seeing the results in a couple of days, but I already know it's about 85/100!

Hi guys, I'm back! Finished my exams and been to two Anastacia's gigs here in Italy... Now I finally have the time to read your words and write again!
I believe, like you all said many times, that that comment is awful. I think the journalist could not have found a more terrible thing to say to a human being, in this case Lara! That's what happens when one crosses the line...that limit between a criticism and an offence. It's so disgusting. You know I love to write, but I'd never be able to be a journalist. They're so...fake. They'd be able to do anything for a piece of news, they first "kill" an artist and then, after he's dead, consider him like a saint. I hate all this hypocrisy! You can see it with Michael Jackson: about three weeks ago he was a f*****g pedophile, now he's almost a god, who has to be remembered, and shown every single minute in television...and they keep on talking about his amazing career, his unique talent, his love for childred, his goodness... Yes, I (and someone else) have never doubted about it, but the other people? Media have made him die inside many years before his physical death, in my opinion.
So, comments like that are nothing but the confirmation of how people suck and can so cruel towards another human being.

Thank you David! I was wondering why Lara has sung "Grande, grande, grande"...it is a very very famous song of the most important italian female singer of all times, Mina. It reminded me that some weeks ago I've read, in a post about EWIM, that she was going to sing an Ornella Vanoni's song...yes, Ornella also sang in english but... Ok, same old dream of something in italian! I'm still very happy that she decided to write "Lou" in italian. It makes it even more special. And you're very welcome for the translation Thanks for all the links, I'm still downloading the last performance of "Soleil soleil" and the surprise...seems it was amazing! And guys...do you know anything about Lara being in Nice on wednesday, 10th of June? It's an hour from here, but I should lose the last day of school before university...it sounds crazy but I don't know what to do! If there's the real possibility to meet her, I'm going for sure... But I can't understand whether she's going to do a signing session or not!

Sure Paula!!! Here I am At the beginning she explains how the song is born. The musician (I can't understand the name) sent her the melody, and asked her to write the lyrics. An evening, Lou kept on listening to that melody, and at every end of the track kept on saying: "Mom, again!" (sweeeet) So Lara realized how that song could have been HER song, the song of Lou. That's the translation, but I missed two words...I'm sorry! I really can't hear them...maybe with the next tapes...! LouA little fairy, a baby, a little star, she is... Beautiful as you are (…) And she sings, she sings like me With her soul in heaven When I look at her I see a heart that Already flies up above Flies above the world Searching for freedom When I see myself into her thoughts, then I ask, and she answers With her sweet look of a (…) A little fairy, a baby, a little star, she is.. An angel that Falls even though you don't expect it A gift in herself Beautiful love, she is... When in my arms She falls asleep In my face fall tears of joy And a smile When she wakes up, then And runs to me I finally know that life is her Is Lou, is Lou
