Lara sent around several more Instagram notices of her upcoming concerts in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, repeating the standard picture
The shows will all take place in the coming week.
The Lara Fabian Family FB site put together Lara’s three earlier (from April) videos inviting people to these concerts, all of the form of “Hello xxxx, I can’t wait to see you on xxxx at xxxx; it’s at
www.facebook.com/watch/?v=615728763863972
Meanwhile, Lara posted an Instagram reel of her heading to the studio to record "Et maintenant" with Florent Pagny.
and

with the comment, “Sharing with you a few moments of my day alongside my beautiful friend, @pagny_officiel, recording a duet for his upcoming album.”
On a more personal note, Lara posted this:
with the comment, “A Parisian Sunday with friends”.
The two taken together suggests that whatever rehearsals are needed for the upcoming shows will likely take place in Paris. While it’s not clear where Lara has been at all times this year, most of her ‘news’ has had a European flavor, e.g., the recent post from the Lara Fabian Family FB page at
www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=215215814724360&set=a.119466624299280
(photo courtesy of Olivier Cauchefert) with their comment, “Our Lara is in Catania 🇮🇹”. It would thus seem that she has spent considerable time ‘abroad’. [As Lou is still in school, and so one would assume spending a majority of the time in Quebec, it has probably been an interesting family dynamic.] There has been little news of Lara being ‘out and about’ in Quebec; we also know she has sold her home there. And, she will certainly be in Paris for at least several months associated with the new TF1 show. All of this does raise once again the inevitable question of where Lara is really going to be living in the foreseeable future.
A number of sites have now noticed that this June [June 28th to be exact] is the 10th wedding anniversary of Lara and Gabriel; this came to mind most recently in conjunction with the photos she posted last week of the two of them. Since that topic was previously covered, only one of them will be noted here, from ‘the closer magazine’ (https://www.closermag.fr/people/lara-fabian-mariee-depuis-10-ans-amoureuse-comme-jamais-elle-partage-de-rares-cliches-de-son-epoux-3223464#item=1):

Lara Fabian married for 10 years: in love as ever, she shares rare photos of her husband
Lara Fabian celebrates her 10 years of marriage alongside the Sicilian artist Gabriel Di Giorgio. Usually very discreet about her private life, she publishes a tender photo of the couple on social networks.
In June 2013, Lara Fabian said "yes" to the man who still shares her life today, the Sicilian magician Gabriel Di Giorgio, 13 years her junior. 10 years later, the couple seem in love, more than ever. In 2019, the singer had mentioned her meeting with the Italian artist on the Touche pas à mon poste on C8. "Just he appears in a room and I have butterflies in my stomach [...] It's a wonder [...] I had to do something good at some point in my life to deserve such a being", she said. From now on, the 41-year-old magician and the 53-year-old interpreter of Je t’aime spin the perfect love.
It was on her Instagram account that Lara Fabian shared her happiness. She has just published a photo taken in a selfie on which she appears radiant alongside her dear and tender. Sitting on a bench, they seem to enjoy the present moment. In legend, the singer wrote: “Dolce Vita FOREVER” (Sweet life forever). In a second photo, Lara Fabian appears resplendent in a black dress and wedge heels alongside her husband. Last November, in the columns of Paris Match, she confided as rarely on the one who shares her life. "I would say he is an engineer of joy. Even when it is very serious, he has a way of turning the prism of what is wrong with a dexterity and a will to resolve, to heal which is very great“, she explained. A well-deserved happiness for the one who has gone through difficult times in her life as a couple.”

Here’s to seconding that last thought – if anyone deserves happiness from relationship as a couple it is Lara. Congratulations on these last 10 years, and may the next 10 be equally as happy!
Interesting photo(s)/video(s) of the week:
The Star Academie in France (re)posted the video of Lara teaching Anisha at the Academie last year. It was part of their series showing the ‘best moments’ of the show.
www.youtube.com/watch?v=gd6qKE4p6lc
Their description reads, “Lara Fabian came to coach our students. Anisha sings "Hallelujah", a song full of meaning and worth working on interpretation and phrasing. Find Lara Fabian's advice to Anisha in full.” The comments on this video about Lara are very complimentary.
Since TF1 has conscripted Lara to be part of their new reality show featuring youngsters, their emphasizing this component of Lara’s instruction makes perfect sense.
A ‘reaction video’ to Lara’s singing of the ‘Yentl Medley’ can be found at
www.youtube.com/watch?v=SJVfASi1z7Y
It was a live program, and the reaction effectively starts at 19:35. The real pleasure of this comes from the recognition Lara still gets from a Montreal TV show in 1997 that might have been lost to posterity. Of course it comes with the comment “why is she not better known”? Here it is also asked, ‘why did she not do theatrical productions’? Both good questions…
The Lara Fabian America FB site posted some snapshot pictures of Lara from her recent Instagram reel (as did Lara Fabian The Netherlands), available at
www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=675325304607198&set=pcb.675325641273831
Although Lara has a shine in her ‘au natural’ look, there’s no denying that when she is made up by professionals, she certainly looks sensational.
In addition to any filming Lara may be doing for one-offs, like her recent duet, by the time of the next News Update, Lara will have finished her three ‘Best of’ shows. There has been an indication that she will be doing more in this series, going to different places, a number of which we can probably imagine. What would be nice is if she were to make it truly worldwide – South America, Australia, China/Japan, etc. Of course, that would require there be an audience for her, and, as discussed ad infinitum, it’s a Catch 22 – hard to garner an audience when you never appear, and hard to justify the expenditure for far-flung ventures when there isn’t an audience. At least we can hope for some videos of these new concerts and enjoy the pleasure of Lara’s singing.
