Hey David,
Would love to give you a review, but the song is not up on her website yet?! Anyone else found it?

I don't think it will be up on her site - they want to maximize sales of it to indicate interest. They're still trying to work on additional tour sites (including Canada), and they feel they need to show public interest to get promoters interested. It can be gotten from iTunes (and I believe amazon.com).

Here's my take (feel free to disagree!):
I appreciate Lara's different modern sound, the music is catchy, the lyrics meaningful, the beat hypnotic, and the singing beautiful – all in all, a very pretty song. I do have two problems with this as the first single. First, the song to me sounds incomplete. IMHO it lacks the third stanza needed to provide a conclusion to the point made in the first two, that we should take chances due to an inner confidence and ability we can rely on. Instead it uses the last minute of a song, that is under 3 minutes, for repetition of the two line refrain; presumably the writers felt that was sufficient. Second it doesn't showcase Lara's vocal power, wonderful as the singing is. Apparently there are power ballads among the other songs on the album. I wish one of those had been chosen as the first single, to entice new and older listeners into appreciating Lara's special abilities for this new album.
There will apparently be alternate mixes of some of the songs. This one is particularly ripe for such a treatment; the limited lyrics could be repeated over and over again, with alternate beats and sound collages. The background vocalization at the end could be turned up in power, displaying Lara's capacity to soar (using those wings). I’d look forward to such a presentation.
