Sorry if it was talked before but I did a research and I didn't find any post about it.
So, this song is an inedit on her second Live album from her "Nue" tour.
IMHO this song is obviously about her break-up with Patrick Fiori which happened just before "Nue".
"Comment pourrais-je accepter que le ciel vient de tomber?" --> "How could I accept that the sky just fell?" this shows that she suffers a lot and that she's not ready to let go of him.
"Montréal ou Paris, où es-tu? Trop loin d'ici" --> "Montreal or Paris, where are you? Too far away from here"
This means that she's trying to find him without sucess so far.
I often overlooked this song before but now that I listened to it carefully, I think that it's a really great song and Lara's voice is just perfect and show how sad she is and is missing him. It definatly should have been more known.

I love this song..it's so sweet...even if it's written for HIM!

YYeah, it's really sad! We can see that she really loved him but I won't say more because we can't talk a lot about her private life, right?

"Tu me manques" is a great song. Not only are the lyrics powerful but Lara sings it with much passion and emotion. In addition "Walk Away" would fit into the Patrick category as would "Parce que tu pars"
Lara said in an interview that the first English song she wrote was "You're Not From Here". She said she wrote it for someone in her life. I've always thought that it was written for Patrick.
Another great song that is overlooked is "Puisque c'est l'amour".
