I find this album is quite different from Lara's other albums. I think this is partly because she didn't write much on it. My favourites from this album are Dire, Simplement, and Les Murs. I think this album showed a lot less of Lara than her other albums.

To be honest with you, I have had the album for some time now and really only gave it a single listen when I first got my cds back from a person at work. I'll have to see if I agree with you or not by giving a few more listens. The only thing I remember about it is that I was ready to go to her next album, if that's any clue. But, it deserves more attention than I have given it, and I will do so.

Her first CD was the stepping stone of her worldwide career. After the first CD, she became stronger within herself as a singer, singwriter, and composer. Like a fine wine, she gets better as time goes on
