Here is a link for the translation of the letters Lara included in the booklet for TLFM. They say even more about her than they do about the people she is thanking - very open, very personal, very moving. www.megaupload.com/?d=FWPVFNF3David

thanks, David. you're right, the letters say more about Lara as a person than the people she's writing to. they are just so loving and sweet :-) particularly her letter to Celine....it's practically a fan letter. i hope this will finally dispel the myth that they have ever been rivals, specially those perpetrated by both their fans. Lara admires Celine. that confession alone makes me love and admire Lara even more. i wish Lara would write a song for Celine, then they could sing it live together so everyone would hear both their incredible voices at the same time. wouldn't that be something? that is my dream........

Thanks so much for the translations of Lara's letters.
That's what I love about Lara - her openness. It's like you are along for the ride called "Lara Fabian's life".
How interesting to find out who and what specifically influenced a singer's life and career. Not just "I like your style" but a specific event or moment in time that caused a certain realization. And then to tell it to the world. Real bravery.
I would be very interested to hear about these singers reaction to Lara's letters.
