My favourite is the Alchemist. The song is so well written and fits their voices so well.

I agree! It's a powerful song. Definately my favorite on Russell Watson's album. You are correct to say that it is well written. Speaking of which, do you think that may be the only drawback to Russell Watson? He has an amazing voice, but doesn't seem to do a lot of songwriting, if any. Sometimes it seems that his songs are a little "preachy", or rather, singing about something, without really knowing for real what it was like to actually go through the ezperience of what he's singing about. Don't get me wrong, anyone that has a voice like his, needs to be given a song to sing, whether he can write or not. But it seems to me that his songs do not come from that deep place that I generally look for in a song. "The Alchemist" is somewhat saved by the fact that Lara has the ability to make it her experience whether she wrote it or not, and I think it lifts Russell to new heights of his own. Great song!

I chose "Light Of My Life". So beautiful, and I think both of their voices compliment one another's perfectly.

I agree that "The Alchemist and "Light Of My Life" are tied for first and "Cuore Malato" with Gigi D'alessio right up there. If I have to pick one I guess it would be "The Alchemist".

Her duet with Johnny Halliday was just PERFECT... I don't know why it isn't there but "Requiem pour un fou" is definetly Lara's best duet ever.. .I've never seen her put that much passion in a song!
