With the Stanley Cup Finals upon us, I am very interested to know who everyone will be rooting for to win. I am rooting for the Ottawa Senators. In the few playoff games that I have been able to watch, I have been very impressed with their style of play. I'm not at all familiar with Anaheim. GO SENATORS! "Stanley Cup Finals Start Tonight" ANAHEIM, Calif. - It's Ottawa and Anaheim at the Pond in tonight's opener of the best-of-seven Stanley Cup finals. It's the Senators' first trip to the finals. The Ducks are here for the second time in four years. The Senators are putting high hopes on Daniel Alfredsson. He's scored a playoff-high ten goals in 15 games. Ottawa's power play has scored on 14 of 70 opportunities. The Ducks may have the hottest goalie. Jean-Sebastien Giguere goes into tonight's game with a 1.92 goals-against average. The Ducks' leading scorer is 36-year-old Teemu Selanne, the oldest player on either team, who is making his first appearance in the finals.

I'm going for the Ottawa Senators. I want the Stanley cup to come back to Canada (a Canadian team hasn't won since Montreal in '93). I also really don't like Chris Pronger for what he did to the Oiler fans.

I would like the Boston Bruins to win the Staney Cup, but since they came in last or close to it they won't be invited to the playoffs. LOL
Because my daughter lives in California (not Anaheim) and Leona, Lib and Bev are from Canada (not Ottawa) I will respectfully obstain.
