Two days ago I experienced severe tightness and pain in my chest, so I scheduled a doctor's appointment. One thing that was learned is that I have high blood pressure. They sent me to a clinical lab to have blood work done, and I'll know the results soon. The tightnness and pain in my chest is gone, but I still do not feel well. I become exhausted more easily than usual and there is some struggling in my breathing. I feel like I could sleep for days. My energy level is not what it should be. So, please keep me in your thoughts and prayers (despite the fact that I can be frustrating to all of you sometimes ).

Hi guys.
Tightness and pain in chest is NOT to be taken lightly, I know, I've been there. If you ever experience something like what Mark describes, there is a chance that you are having a heartattack and it's extremely important that you get treatment as soon as possible. Sit or lay down and call 911 or equivalent, (in Europe it's 112) or have someone else do it for you.
If what you are experiencing is not a heart attack a whiff of oxygen and an ambulanceride won't hurt you a bit.
Mark. I do hope that it isn't as bad as it was for me and that you come back in grand style as my duelling opponent.. Get well soon, PLEASE

Mark, I'm really happy that you got checked out! My mother has high-blood pressure as well. What would we do without you, huh? You're "The Boss' around here. I hope you feel better and please keep us updated. Hugs & kisses. P.S. I'm sorry that I wasn't able to come back online the other day. My damn computer was acting really weird! ~Shavon

Hi Mark,
I hope you feel better. My fingers are crossed that it was a warning and not a heart attack.

I appreciate everyone's concern, advice, thoughts and prayers. I've begun changing some things in my life as I look at this as a warning sign. I've immediately started a daily exercise routine and have changed my diet. I'm thinking that all of you couldn't be lucky enough to be without me and all the frustrations I sometimes bring you, so expect me to be around for awhile! ;D My energy levely is still suffering a bit, so I'll have to put being a nuisance on hold for now. But I'll be sure to make it up to all of you soon! Love and all that junk....
