This is one of three famous Duomos (cathedrals) in Florence Santa Maria Del Fiori. It is huge. This picture represents about half of one side. Note the size of the people standing next to it.

This was taken in the Piazza (square) Signora. This is where Lara performed in the second Dolce Italia. The statue to the left is a copy of the famous David.

More of the Piazza Soignora. The place with the three arches has many statues. The far left statue is Neptune. The building in between the two is the Uffizi the famous museum that houses the paintings of all the greatest Italian artists.

This is San Giamani a medeival villiage. The buildings have never been changed but they are now shops. A tourist trap. LOL

Those are fascinating pictures Paula! There was nothing at all boring about viewing them, and I could look at a hundred more if you've got them! I appreciate your generosity in sharing them with us here!
