There are many ways to say '"I Love You" in French. "Je t'aime" means I love you, "Je t'adore" means I Love you in a much stronger way between lovers "Je vous aime" is I Love You in formal French and "J' t'aime bien" means I like you, meant for friends and family, not for lovers.
